News since 2024:

We hoped that the European Capital of Culture 2024, taking place in Bad Ischl and Salzkammergut will bring opportunities and challenges for local creative artists and entrepreneurs with great concerts, gigs and festivals. We hoped, that it will be a motivating trigger for initiatives and activities and that it will bring us together with additional cultural stakeholders and authorities especially in the public sector, even Europe-wide. We hoped, that it will be the significant ignition to relaunch our legendary Shake the Lake Festival within an innovative context and to extend it towards a sustainable cultural asset in our beautiful home region.

Unfortunately this did not happen and the contrary was realized by the responsible management of "SALZKAMMERGUT 2024". We were not allowed to be part of that hopeful project, basicly as "...we were already there" and because our application during the "open call" was rejected. Hope finally turned into frustration and disappointment.

The SHAKE must go on, anyhow...

Because of Corona all Highlights and INTERNATIONAL "SHAKE SHOWS" since march 2020 were cancelled.
